OBJECTIVE
Bentley motors needed ongoing incremental improvements of their online presence, with a particular care on consistently comply with brand guidelines. Given Bentley’s luxury market position, visual identity was of utmost importance and Global Beach embraced this project with enthusiasm.
Bentley Motors also wanted to create a relationship with all their target groups in an efficient, effective way without compromising the quality and flexibility for personalization.

Global Beach developed an eCRM program for Bentley which included personalised eNewsletter templates to meet individual target group needs. Keeping target groups updated with relevant personalised information (e.g. model of interest/ onward journeys/ stories), as well as support Acquisition (e.g. onward journeys) & retention strategy. Strong of our experience in E-commerce platforms, Global Beach will also relaunch the Bentley Collection website.

Continuous improvements on the creative side of the digital strategy led to huge improvements on usability and engagement.
Bentley Motors online segmentation model by Global Beach has resulted in delivering well above industry average results from their highly targeted eNewsletter campaigns.
This, in turn, resulted in an increase in customer purchase consideration, as well as driving traffic back to the website and maximising cross selling opportunities.
